I had messed up some settings in my computer and i had no computer for about 2 weeks! After asking the geek squad and finding out about their outrageous prices i decided to go it alone. I found the systemdisks website and although i was skeptical, i said heck for 20 bucks i will give it a shot. And low and behold in less than an hour i was back up and running and for only 20 bones! I suggest that anybody with computer issues try this program, you will not be disappointed!
I have to say I was doubtful this was going to be worth my time or money. My PC had crashed and I had a tech guy in. He spent over five hours trying everything and the last resort was going to be to do a refresh install (which I did not want to do). On a whim I figured "Well, before I do that I will try this tool." NO LIE - two minutes and the software repaired the entire system! I was beyond thrilled.
Windows 7 was stuck in an endless reboot loop, and the various start-up repair options failed. Did some searches with Google and found Easy Recovery Essentials web page. For just under $20 I was prepared to try it. Downloaded it, put it on a CD and tried it out. It did its magic using the automatic repair option on the first go, and that was it. ALL OK! Magnificent! I can now go to sleep and it's only 11pm I didn't feel like spending hours backing up the hard disk, wiping it, formatting it, installing windows, running all the updates, installing the software and restoring the data manually. I have better things to do with my time! Many thanks.
This product is just simply awesome. I have a photography company and when my computer crashed I was in the editing and processing an order I had absolutely no back up to my pictures and was faced with having to reshoot several session at my own cost. However I found this program and was able to retrieve my pictures saving my hours of time and several angry people. I would recommend this product to anyone with a crashed computer.
Excellent product – I was unable to fix my Dell Vista laptop using Microsoft Windows utilities.
I purchased your software and quickly repaired my disk using the automated fix option. Very impressive, easy to use and you have saved me a lot of money and heartache!
Thanks – I would recommend this software to anyone with similar problems.
To answer a few of the questions below in recent comments:
– it’s not a copy of Windows its a disk repair program – you need to burn the ISO file to a DVD or USB, instructions are on this site; also an ISO file is not a sign that Chrome has incorrectly download a file its a standard file type for a disk image – RTFM! – it won’t work a USB wireless mouse, well it didn’t recognise mine but you don’t require a mouse to start the fix – find or borrow an old keyboard and plug it in!
guys, I can't thank you enough. I tried now for approx. 2 weeks to clone my hdd to a newer ssd (windows xp).
After cloning with clonezilla I always got a the boot error "A disk read error occurred".
Only today, after several tries ... including flashing the bios, modifying the original disk (s.t. it includes all ssd drivers, updatess, ...), playing w/ bios boot options, playing around w/ the ssd disk jumpers - it is a PATA ssd - which is kind of rare - , reinstalling/rescue-install windows xp from the windows xp recovery cd, fixmbr, fixboot etc.... I just wanted to give this ssd cloning a last try and purchased the "EasyRE for Windows XP.iso" .... Well, what should I say it worked after 2 minutes, rebooted and windows xp booted perfectly w/o any error!!!
I don't know what magic this iso did, but know everything works again... Maybe you can explain what the problem might have been... but anyway I'm very lucky that it worked out that easily and flawless.
Thanks again guys...
I am on my knees with thanks for the repair to my computer. I must admit that I was sceptical initially and then full of remorse when the screen displayed what looked like an infra red image with some undecypherable box in the top left corner of the screen. The lack of any perceived activity for quite some time was alarming. Voila after finally working out what the message in the box was telling me and rebooting I'm back to normal. Thank you so much and worth every cent of the $20 dollars for the download.
Spent a whole evening trying to sort out a boot problem and then a sleepless night worrying how I was going to sort out the problem - the next morning at 6am through weary eyes stumbled on this product in the vain hope it might work I gave it a try - 30 minutes later after trying to get my Toshiba laptop to boot from the right drive - success and a very relieved me! Thanks
My computer was slowing down so I foolishly installed a registry defragger with hopes to speed it up. Next time I restarted I got disk errors, windows errors, and the computer was in a state of infinite reboots and blue screens. The Windows repair disk was worthless and found no errors. I thought that all was lost and I would have to wipe and start from scratch when someone linked to this software from some random forum when I was researching cures. I had never heard of the product before, but figured that I might as well try it out as a last chance, fortunately I was able to use a friend's PC to burn the image. I get home, run the recovery tool, and within 30 minutes I'm back into Windows like nothing happened. Amazing!
The most surprising thing is that this program is relatively unknown, but I'll definitely be recommending it to anyone who has serious problems with Windows!
First of all I just have to say that this tool worked exactly as advertised for me. Once I got it all set up, it fixed my BCD problem in the blink of an eye and Bam I was able to get back on Windows. The only downside is that you are required to use neosmart's custom ISO burner to get the file on an USB, which didn't seem to work on my Windows XP but I managed to use the program on my family's Windows Vista computer. Even tools like Rufus and Unetbooting (I'd recommend everyone stays away from the later) weren't able to burn the ISO properly due to the grub version that had to be used. Even if I had a bit of a hard time at first, I would still encourage anyone having problems with windows to get this rather than putting money down the drain by taking it to a computer repair shop.
