You guys provide the finest service I've ever encountered. While others would have given up long ago, you hung in there despite me. Thanks for a great experience!

Couldn't get past security

No. Program could not get past security. Waste of money.

I am so delighted!

For the last 10 days or so, my Windows 7 Home Premium laptop, was totally unusable. It would not boot, because the mbr and the boot loader seemed to be gone.

Then, just 1 hour ago, I finally found your site. I was a little loath to trust yet another product claiming to be able to help me. But I bit the bullet, paid my 20 bucks, and downloaded your great recovery product EasyRE. I burned the ISO to CD, and then started this machine using the automatic recovery option.

I did not lose anything, it even started at the command I was using when it stopped. So one hour, plus $20, and I am so delighted.

Thank you. I will be telling my friends about this product.

Please use this as a reference if you wish.

Warmest regards, Brian Dixon.

Thanks!

Thanks for an excellent and well thought out Repair tool !

Downloaded the files without any problem and the additional “links” and info in the confirmation email is also vey useful and an ideal source of further information !

Just a point that may come in habdy for anyone with a newer Asus laptop or desktop that may well have the new “UEFI /GPT ” system instead of the older and more familiar BIOS on board !

After burning the EasyRE image to disk and setting my “Boot order ” to select the Optical drive as the 1st. Boot option ....I found on restart of my new Asus laptop that the system still booted into Windows 8.1 and still bypassed the “loaded EasyRE disk ” !

I immediately assumed that the UEFI process was probably not allowing sufficient time for the correct boot order process to initiate and I found that by going into “SetUp ” mode via the F2 key on an Asus..... and then disabling “Secure Boot ” and enabling the" CSM " mode and then Save and Exit via F10 ......the afore mentioned process then allowed the EasyRE to boot and offer the full list of options ! Thanks for a great tool and a secure and safe purcasing experience !

2 mins and its back into working conditions. So pleasant , I took more time typing this then it took to repair the Windows XP faulty boot. After trying all known manual fix, I spent 20$ and its done.

Thanks.

Wow! I'm so glad I found your software. Things were looking bad. I downloaded the ERE and burned to disk. Not sure what I was doing. After a few explorations into the F2 boot setup area and selecting the boot by disk. It works! Brilliant. Well worth the 40$. Thanks Again. John K.

Hi, I just downloaded and used EasyRE for Windows 7 and it's amazing!

It quickly and quietly did its work, with nothing else needed from me, and as a result I am back in action. The best $19 I've spent in years - thank you so much, you saved my day / week / month etc!

I installed a new motherboard and processor into my computer and I got an error stating I needed to re-install windows. The computer would not go any further than that. I was able to get into bios and change my boot order and using this CD I was able to get my computer to load windows normally so I could back up my files for work. Now I can work on my websites again! Highly recommended. Whoever invented this CD deserves my $40. THANK YOU

Did its job

Your software has already done its job. My Vista Pro took a nose this morning and it's an important computer in my daily operation. Within ten minutes, I was back up and running.

Awesome!

My Windows XP system would not boot. Hal.DLL missing and NTLDR missing errors. Couldn't even boot in safe mode and recovery disks from manufacturer as well as Ebay didn't work either.

Thank you. Recovery Essentials fixed my computer in a few clicks of the mouse. Awesome!

I had spent hours trying to fix a nasty boot issue and this fantastic solution was shockingly easy and took a total of ~15 minutes from download to success! VERY SATISFIED and well worth the $!

All I can say is WOW. Holy SH*T. This tool works. After being a knuckle head and messing with my SSD my Win 7 Ultimate System went into a reboot loop and just would not start. I searched in a PANICKED FRENZY for a solution on the boards - everywhere. After I noticed that when using my recovery CD that my system was not even recognizing my OS on the right drive - somehow I managed to stumble on to the NeoSmart site. They even offer step by step how to fix your MBR - but when I tried it it did not work. Then I saw the option to just buy their CD and it would fix the issue. I was like yeah right but I was desperate. Ordered it, burned the ISO image onto a CD using another computer - booted off of it - their menu came up - I clicked repair and BAM - my system booted after I restarted it! That's INSANE!!!! It really works. Just Buy It. Thanks for a great product.

I can't believe it worked

I had recently cloned my harddrive to a larger one, and Windows 8 broke. I tried following instructions on the internet, about doing bootrec etc etc, and it didn't work. As a last resort i bought this disc and it fixed the problem within minutes. Im abit speechless really.

Didn't fix my problem

I had a problem with installing Vista Service Pack 2 because Service Pack 1 was corrupted and their was no way to fix it. After installing it my computer stayed the same.

Many thanks!

Windows 7 was stuck in an endless reboot loop, and the various start-up repair options failed. Did some searches with Google and found Easy Recovery Essentials web page. For just under $20 I was prepared to try it. Downloaded it, put it on a CD and tried it out. It did its magic using the automatic repair option on the first go, and that was it. ALL OK! Magnificent! I can now go to sleep and it's only 11pm I didn't feel like spending hours backing up the hard disk, wiping it, formatting it, installing windows, running all the updates, installing the software and restoring the data manually. I have better things to do with my time! Many thanks.
