My problem is that the computer only allows you to make ONE boot disk. I did a full upgrade from Vista to 7. Could not make a new boot disk. Did an update a few days ago and now my system won't boot up. I realize I am not as savvy as many but I do try to do this stuff correctly. With this boot disk, I have managed to get in a ways, finally made it in enough to go to a prior recovery but then the same problem. Darren- I can see your point.
