After the EasyBCD install...
on my system ( I ' ve read not on MBR .. but my English tongue is rather bad....) where now I have Grub on MBR with Vista and Ubuntu in dual boot ,... what will I see ? Still Grub will be working untill EasyBCD isn' t perfectly set ? Many thanks.

GRUB will only show as long as you dont over write the MBR with the Vista BCD from EasyBCD. Till you do GRUB will show up.

Sorry , after having opened EasyBCD.exe and installed it ....my Grub will be desappeared from MBR ?

No. Installing EasyBCD and running it will not get rid of GRUB. Not until you go into the Manage Bootloader Option and select to Write the MBR again will GRUB disappear.
