Database Problems & Upgrade
I've been having a lot of trouble with the MySQL database this past week, in an attempt to fix this, I just updated the database to a newer release. Any changes to the forum database in the last 3 minutes have been reverted as a result of the upgrade. Hopefully this will fix the database errors that were popping up. Addendum: I'm also hoping this will address some of the general slow-down that's been affecting the site (and the forums in particular) over the past couple of weeks.

Seems a bit faster than it's been for the last fortnight.

Spoke too soon I think. Maybe the boards were sparsely populated then. This evening, it seems sluggish again.
