    Unhappy EasyBCD Didn't Work in This Case!!! HELP!!!

    Hi all,

    This is what I have.....

    Disk #1 with WinXP, and after that, installed Win7 (dual boot).
    Disk #2 with two empty partitions.

    I created an image (using Acronis 2010) of the Win7 install and restored it on the firt partion on disk #2.

    Didn't boot. I had to do a repair (two times). After that, disk #2 booted with Win7 without any problems.

    Then I created a second (new) image of the working partition of disk #2.

    Restored this image to disk #2 second partition, but it is not recognized by Windows 7 (no startup menu).

    So I tried to use EasyBCD to create a new BCD entry but IT DIDN'T WORK.

    The idea is to have the startup menu to choose between partion #1 (Win7) or partion #2 (Win7).

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks in advance!!!

    EasyBCD 2.0 -> BCD Backup/Repair -> Reset BCD

    Then add 2 new entries, one for drive C: and one for drive D:
