I turned off ZoneAlarm
I installed “EasyBCD 2.0.2.exe”
I rebooted
I turned off ZoneAlarm
I opened EasyBCD
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).
Click OK to close the application.

In ZoneAlarm Extreme Security, if I set
Overview | References | uncheck Load ZoneAlarm Extreme Security at Startup
Reboot
Opened EasyBCD
EasyBCD works.

This is not a great solution.
It is unclear why Zone Alarm crashes EasyBCD.
Once Zone Alarm is fired up once,
turning Zone Alarm off later has no effect and EasyBCD crashes
even if you end ForceField via the Task Manager.
