Accidentally made disk C a bootable media

I was using EasyBCD and I didn't give too much attention. I accidentally the pressed install BCD button (while having disk C chosen) under create bootable external media in the BCD deployment window and clicked yes on the dialog that appeared.

After I restarted my computer, it gave me the error code 0xc0000098 in the file /boot/BCD.

I used my DVD with the windows 10 ISO and tried the automated repair. It didn't work.

After that I tried using the command prompt and used:
bootrec /scanos
bootrec /rebuildbcd
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
chckdsk

None of them resolved my issue. Please help. I'm using windows 10.

EDIT:
I'll try to make this clearer.

I used this guide LINK REMOVED BY MODERATOR. I think I forgot about the Write MBR part, but I'm not sure.
After using EasyBCD, I restarted my PC as the guide seggested to try before moving to the next step, the PC was broken.
In this post I found out that the previous guide was wrong and I used the information inside the post to fix my PC.
It did make the disk active, but didn't resolve my problem.

I think I found the problem.
I remembered that I made the disk where windows is installed (C) accessible ONLY from my user, but it didn't give me the option to log in to my user because I'm using the recovery DVD.

Please help.
