Can't select ISO tab when clicking on "Add New Entry"

I actually tried recovering my laptop a few times but every time I fail at the following step:
After I click "Add New Entry" and click the ISO tab, I can't select anything.
Have I neglected a step during the BCD Deployment stage? Was I supposed to select Install the "Vista+" or "INstall the Windows XP..."?

The reason why I am doing this is because I tried converting back my laptop to Windows 7 through a rebootable USB drive but it failed and since then the laptop can't be set back to Windows 10 or start the new Windows 7. I just want to reset it to factory mode.

Any help is appreciated.

Your post is a bit random and sporadic, it's hard to understand what your issue is. Presuming you are trying to rollback from Windows 10 to Windows 7, try this: Windows 10 Rollback Utility
