Can't start EasyBCD

It just does not open. I want to add Ubunto to my boot menu but i can't open EasyBCD. Installed more than one time, clear cache, tried in safe mode but nothing. It asks to click OK for non commercial use and then it quits.
 
Just installed ubunto on computer with windows 10 and 8 Works but Ubunto bootloader took over Had to play with it to get windows 10 to load first no problems other wise Using a pc not a notebook
