Easy Recovery Essentials Browse/Backup Files Option

Help,

I was able to get to the Easy Recovery Essentials after my laptop asked for recovery CD.

So I have a backup file in a USB, I tried this option of ERE > Browse/Backup Files but I can't locate my USB that has the backup file I saved from months ago.

Please help I don't know where to go
