Starting my Acer netbook preloaded with Windows 7 Starter got the error: no such partition and the grub rescue prompt. I downloaded EasyRE to fix it, and tried to follow the instructions here:

Step 2: Burn the image. Follow these instructions on how to burn the bootable ISO image very carefully, as making a bootable CD can be tricky! Alternatively, these instructions explain how to create a bootable EasyRE recovery USB stick/drive.
Since the netbook has no CD/DVD drive, I tried to follow the instructions on how to create a bootable EasyRE recovery USB stick/drive here:

It requires a copy of EasyBCD, and an ISO image of the Windows XP/Vista/7 repair CD. I have neither. Please help.
