Error 0xc00000e9 - does your Windows 7 recovery download work with Alienware laptops? My son has an Alienware laptop running Windows 7 and before I pay and download your recovery program/files, I want to be sure it will run on an Alienware laptop. Thank you!
 
The recovery CDs are manufacturer/model-agnostic and are specific only to the version of Windows that is installed on the device; they should work equally well on your son's AlienWare as on other devices.

0xc00000e9 is often presented in the case of hardware failure, if that's the case, EasyRE might not be able to do anything for his PC.
