Hi, I'm running windows 7 and today the laptop shut down unexpectedly, upon tring to reboot it I was sent to bsod with a message saying 'C000021a fatal errorThe system has been shut down'
after restarting a few times hammering the f8 key I got into the advanced boot options,
trying to load windows in any type of safe mode puts me into a start up loop, last known good config has the same result as does start windows normally.
upon entering start up repair and after the 'scan' I get the old 'windows cannot repair this computer automatically' going into system recovery options I'm only given the 'start up repair' option no command prompt or anything.
Sooooo help me masters of the neosmart forums, your my only hope.
