How to fix "the drive where your windows is installed is locked" problem?

i have a hp laptop with window 8.I am having problem with unlocking c drive.I installed easyBCD and followed the process of booting my USB but on some steps i got stuck.the iso icons on this image was not active. Please help.

If your PC is UEFI, many of the EasyBCD options (which cannot be used on a UEFI PC) will be "greyed out".
Have you tried
"The drive where Windows is installed is locked.Unlock the drive and try again."
