i bought EasyRE for Windows 7.iso to solve bootmgr is missing

in my dell xp 501 Laptop.
i burn the file EasyRE for Windows 7.iso i just bought to a dvd & restart my laptop .
I still get BOOTMGR is missing .....
what should i do ?
