iReboot no longer skips Wait for OS Selection

Have dual-boot PC with Win 7 Pro SP1 64-bit and Win 10 Pro 64-bit. Dell Optiplex Desktop with 16GB RAM.

iReboot was working great, but, after some recent system hiccups, it is no longer skipping the MS white-on-black OS selection window (Wait for OS Selection) when I reboot into Win 7, which is the default. I get a 5-second countdown and then it goes forward into Win 7. (In Easy BCD, even if I go to Edit Boot Menu - Timeout Options and select Skip the boot menu, I still have this issue.)

If I right-click on the iReboot icon in the tray, select Win 10 and then select Win 7 again, it works good - no Wait for OS Selection step. But if I just leave it alone and reboot, I get the MS white-on-black OS selection window (Wait for OS Selection) and the 5-second countdown.

Msconfig shows TImeout 5 seconds, but I cannot set it to 0. I says it must be 3 seconds at the least.

I've run sfc / scannow in both the Win 7 and the Win 10, and also the dism repair in the Win 10.

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled iReboot and EasyBCD.

How do I get back to perfect iReboot operation?

Thanks.

Found the answer.
Control Panel - System - Advanced system settings - Advanced - Startup & Recovery - Settings - UNcheck "Time to display list of operating systems".
Done.
A reboot using iReboot to stay in Win 7 now skips the select OS window and goes straight into Win 7.
So far ...

EasyBCD installed in your Win 7 would have been able to do all that I would imagine. Anyway glad you figured it out.

Ex_Brit - well, no. At least I couldn't find an option in EasyBCD for this.
I ended up doing something basic in Windows. Had missed it for most of the day because I had earlier tried to do the same thing in msconfig but was stymied there. Did not remember to look in Advanced system settings until the end of the day.
But I certainly like iReboot and can see how EasyBCD would be useful to a more expert user. (EasyBCD looks powerful, but we newbies need better understanding of what it does first. Too scary to use it.)
By the way - if you have a moment - please look at the Detailed stuff I pasted in my first post above. Does it look OK? I notice that some of the long identifiers are very slightly different - is this normal?
I originally was dual booting Win 7 and Win 8, which became 8.1, which finally became 10. (All Pro 64-bit.) iReboot was working good. Then I had to reinstall my 10 from a USB stick because the 10 had many errors in Event Viewer. That fixed the 10, but iReboot was showing 7 and TWO 10s for many days. Two nights ago, I tried to use EasyBCD to rename the orphan 10 (no drive letter) to 10A, but that caused the select OS screen to appear. I then renamed it back to 10 but no help. I then used msconfig to delete the orphan 10, but the OS select screen continued until my second post above.
Have run sfc / scannow a few times - no more corrections.
But please take a look at my Details above - all OK? Thanks.

I'm no expert in these matters, hopefully one of the others will chirp up. All I know is EasyBCD reflects basically what in the Advanced System Settings but gives more options.
In my case I have it set to wait for user selection at the OS choices screen.
Dupe boot entries in iReboot usually can be cured by deleting the OS from EasyBCD and then re-entering it, making sure it's pointed to the right drive letter.
Orphaned entries can also be deleted there.
