I've just purchased Win Vista Recovery disc to try and get my trusted Vista going again, first time this happened in the 4 years I've had it, pretty good going.
Anyhow, the software goes through its preamble in Linux but instead of starting up its asking for the winre login?? Thinking it was my regular login, I keyed that in but it says invalid. Is there a specific username and password associated with winre or what? I've checked the email I got from Neosmart after purchase and there is no mention of a username (thinking it would be there for security purposes so that the software can't be passed on) and there is nothing on the main website.
I know there is no tech support for this software in general but this is an operational issue and since I have paid for it then I want to be able to use it.
Could someone help me out here?
