My hard drive is suddenly became RAW

Hi,
I have windows 7 -(64bit) on my HP laptop. It is not booting up and going into repair mode again and again. My hard drive is suddenly became RAW. I tried so many software available in the market including windows build in repair tools but no use. I need to retrieve data from it.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Do a websearch for "testdisk"
It's free software that can recreate a corrupt partition table and possiblyget your partitions back.
