Need Help,
My computer crashed with the Blue Death Screen and Im to backup music, videos, etc. The only way to do this is to use the Recovery Disc's, but the problem is that there is no option for me to backup my files. The only options are System Checkup and Restore to Factory Settings and I've went to restore hoping of giving me an option to backup before the process it went straight to trying to restore! I have a lot of memories on this and i've regret for not backing up my files. asking any for advice on how to do what i need to do.
