Vista Recovery Disk Error: application is missing or corrupt

i downloaded the neosmart vista disk recovery to correct the "Bootgmr is missing" error but now when i bootup i get the following error message -

File: \windows\system32\winload.exe
Status: \0xc000000f
Info: The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt.

Help!
