Please stop using All Caps. It is considered shouting and rude on internet forums. It doesnt make anyone want to assist you any faster.

You are not booting from the disk. That is a completely different startup option. Dont hit any of the F keys during boot. You should see the words

"Press any key to boot from CD/DVD"

After that it will put 5 periods. That is the timer. If you do not see that then your system is not setup to boot from the Optical Device and that has to be changed from within your BIOS.
