Where is GRUB situated?

System>Administration>System Monitor, and select the System tab

It's not called GParted in the Live CD. It's called "Partition Editor" or something, and it's in the administration menu.

Thanks for stating the obvious :smile: That's why I said specifically "System>Administration>Partition Editor", but though it may be called "Partition Editor" in the menu, it is still Gparted. :wink:

I know. But if someone were to look for GParted in that menu, they mightn't find it - I was making sure all the bases were covered.
