Win7 Easy RE using USB

1) There are a lot of tools for putting an ISO on USB, but I've found none that work with Easy RE. Any recommendations there?

2) Also, what format should the usb drive have (Fat, Fat32, NTFS)?

3) Also, should I have the tool make the disk bootable if it gives the option (for example: UNEtBootin doesn't give the option ... is that a problem?)

4) Is using a quick format okay instead of a regular (lengthy) format?
 
1. Anything that will allow you to put Linux on a USB drive.
2. FAT
3. Yes that is a problem. If it is not bootable, how do you expect to boot to it to use it?
4. That is personal choice.
