We'll be using
"NST Downloader/Major.Minor.Bugfix (+http://neosmart.net/dl.php?id=15)"

Ideally, it would be just Major.Minor, but if for some reason (a bug) a build is blacklisted on servers, it would be nice to get it off that list without bumping-up the .Minor value.
