Settings not saved if you reboot via iReboot

    If you enable "Restart on Selection" then make a selection, iReboot will not save your "Restart on Selection" preference.
    If you exit iReboot normally though, there is no problem.

Has to do with iReboot not exiting cleanly due to a logic bug in the Application.Run() sequence.
Fixed.
