If you can run Vista in your system, you can run Windows 7 in it. The system requirements of Windows 7 is the same as Windows Vista.

Microsoft, youre not doing a very good job with this. Are the system requirements lower then the requirements for Vista or not?

but only Home Basic, Buisness, Corporation, Expert, Ultimate, Super-Man support hexo-core processors.

ULTIMATE
3 TB RAM
2 Thz 512 bit 32-core processor
3 PB of free space
V-RAY Hexi-Layer Drive x256
512 GB graphics card with DirectX 1251535345354.003.2.z3.23.146.2 with shaders built in BUT NO OpenGL

I'm joking it will probably be

For install Basic
1024 RAM
2 ghz
40 GB HDD with 35GB of free space (system monitoring will stop at less than 5 GB of free space)
DVD-ROM drive
128 VRAM gfx card WITH FULL Microsoft Graphics Foundation (dx 10) support

For Ultimate etc.

I am testing the beta version of Windows 7 build 6801 and it works well with 370mb of ram and a pentium 4 cpu @ 2.0ghz then i am testing on dual core 2.4ghz with 2gb of ram runs excellent. Have to say Micorsoft made some nice improvements so far. they took off the ram requirment of 512mb.
