Why NeoSmart software doesn't grant user to choose where to install it?

It's not what we can or can't do, it's about how the software is made. And yes, Coputer Guru, it's only 3mb, it's not even worth to be installed at all, I mean, it is portable after all, it runs fine if copy whole folder to a flash drive and start it on another computer, why bother with the...

Yes, you are right, but still would be nice expand it's current purpose to something more ;) (obviously as options) Does iReboot supports command line? I would not mind have it run in command line at startup to do my #3 request even if it means no more boot menu. With EasyBCD there is a...

    A few requests for iReboot

Hello! I've been using iReboot for sometimes now, found it very useful, but not very user friendly. 1) all settings controlled ONLY via contest menu. Even though there are only a few options it's quiet annoying open the menu several times to set the program to a needed state. If the menu would...

Lattest build (1.61 Build 21279) has the same issue on Vista. The work around is to start EBCD with administrative privelegies (right click on EasyBCD icon and select "Run as administrator") [EDIT] never mind my post, I was misstaken, didn't pay attention to the error message itself..

EasyBCD v1.6 - can't boot in XP after reinstalling vista bootloader

Just let you know I found what caused it. For some reason Vista does something to boot drive if it's installed on other drive and you move paging file to the boot drive. After I moved paging files in XP and Vista to the same drive the OS is installed on, everything is fixed now. Go figure..

Oh, I completly fogot about this topic... The lattest version (1.61.0.21279) works great with reinstalling Vista boot from scratch. However, I still not able to boot into XP after booting into Vista once.. I doubt it has anything to do with EasyBCD itself though. Does anyone know what files...

Hello! I'm sorry if this has been covered already, at the moment I don't have time to do research...:shame: Here is the scenario: Have two hard drives, Vista was installed on second HDD, XP was installed on first (boot). Because XP was installed after Vista, the vista bootloader was deleted...
