Need help with SSD dual boot

Hi,
I recently upgraded to a Samsung EVO 850 SSD. I cloned my HDD which has my Windows 7 (64) and XP dual boot on it.

After cloning, Windows 7 boots fine, but XP doesn't. I had to add XP back to the Easy BCD boot menu, but it still won't boot. When I try to boot into XP, I get the screen with the OS choices, then the XP startup window, then it just hangs and I have to do a hard boot to escape. (see my attached photos).

If I remove the SSD and put my HDD back, everything works great. I'm completely perplexed! I even removed and added XP back to the Easy BCD menu.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Frank
