Problems after using rollback utility

Hi there,
I had a machine that was "upgraded" to Win10, and I used your rollback utility to go back to Windows 7. It appeared to work, but when I rebooted, the computer booted to Windows 7, but the keyboard and mouse (USB) don't work. I've tried four different keyboards and mice on all the USB ports, but not change. Windows is working (the screensaver comes on if I wait) but I can't do anything with it.

I notice there is a Windows.new folder. Can I reverse the process of the rollback to go back to Windows 10 and try again, or is there something else I can try?

Thanks!

Have you tried booting in Safe Mode?

You can reverse the process by moving the contents of windows.new to the root of the drive, yes.
