Windows 10 Repairing Screen on Startup

I am using Windows 10 on my old I5 laptop. I have a strange problem. Sometimes, when I start my laptop, it starts fine and able to login to my Windows user account.
But sometimes, it don't go to log on screen, it takes me to the repair screen, and if I select the repair option, it takes about 70 to 80 minutes, and after repairing finishes, it again bring me to the repair screen. If I select the option to reboot from the repairing screen, after 9 to 10 attempts, it goes to log on screen (without attempting repairing).

Some times, when I log on to my Windows 10 account, it gets stuck and then I have to power it off by long pressing the power button. And then again it brings me to the repair screen.

I am confused if it is a software problem or a hardware problem. Should I reinstall my Windows or should I look for some hardware fix?

Try typing "event viewer" into your start button search field and look in there for what it says happened when one of these events occurred.

I tried that, but I don't understand what to look for. There is no event log.
I have take a few photos of the error screens, I will share the images with you in a few minutes. My mobile is on charging, send you in 10 to 15 minutes.

These are a few photos. The error in the picture "20181212_131346.jpg" appears very rarely.
While the other images are errors in sequence. And once this error appears, it appear again and again on every restart. After restarting the PC from screen 20181212_130747.jpg, it again repeat the error and after repeating the same error and same procedure for about 10 to 15 times it finally login to Windows.

Try a web-search for the error "Whea_Uncorrectable_Error " and follow the advice there after following the "troubleshoot" link and booting in safe mode.
