[Bug] EasyBCD Compatibility with Windows 7

Yep, this bug is indeed the one that I have, as well. Just curious.. When should we expect a new version that supports Windows 7 to be released?

Having Trouble Dual-Booting Windows Vista and Windows 7 (Public Beta 1;Build 7000)

Nevermind about the above message. It turns out that it didn't work that way, b/c after I restarted my computer (In Vista) it didn't give me the option to choose Windows 7, which was pretty much the exact problem that I had to begin with. But, now I know how to fix it thanks to you guys! Thanks...

Having Trouble Dual-Booting Windows Vista and Windows 7 (Public Beta 1;Build 7000)

Yeah, my Windows 7 and Windows Vista boot-screens are perfect as they should be, after I deleted my torrent-downloaded x86 Version and replaced it with the legit (downloaded from Microsoft) x64 Version and used BCDEdit in Windows 7 (instead of Windows Vista, as I did before) to re-add the Vista...

Having Trouble Dual-Booting Windows Vista and Windows 7 (Public Beta 1;Build 7000)

That's exactly what I figured the problem was. Which, i'm assuming will be fixed in later versions that for sure support Windows 7. Guess i'll just have to wait for that. Thanks again for all the help here! These forums, and this program, are awesome! :D Sincerely, Kevin C.

Having Trouble Dual-Booting Windows Vista and Windows 7 (Public Beta 1;Build 7000)

No, in the Boot Menu it shows it as Windows 7, because I made it say that. I'm talking about when Windows 7 is actually starting up; The little animation it does with the 4 colored light orbs forming into the Windows symbol. That's what it should be, but instead it's the lame Vista one with just...

Having Trouble Dual-Booting Windows Vista and Windows 7 (Public Beta 1;Build 7000)

So, basically, it does think it's Vista, like I said? And, there's no fix to it yet with this newest version?

Having Trouble Dual-Booting Windows Vista and Windows 7 (Public Beta 1;Build 7000)

Well, it does indeed work for me now. But, there is one slight little mishap that I have noticed and figured that I should report for maybe future compatibility or whatever else. When I go to boot up Windows 7 now, it uses Windows Vista's Startup/Bootup screen instead of it's own. I'm guessing...

Having Trouble Dual-Booting Windows Vista and Windows 7 (Public Beta 1;Build 7000)

Yeah, I just got it working. Turns out that for some reason (guessing b/c it knows it's not Vista?) when I added Windows 7 to the list of OS', it changed it's drive path to U: (Which I don't even have..), and once I changed it back to D: (The one it's really on) it worked. Thanks for all the...

Having Trouble Dual-Booting Windows Vista and Windows 7 (Public Beta 1;Build 7000)

Strange.. I tried all 3 types of fixing the NTLDR error that I was having that was in that Wiki Link you gave me, but none of them were successful. Well, they rid of the NTLDR error, but for some unknown reason to me, it boots straight into my Windows Vista drive and doesn't even give me the...

Having Trouble Dual-Booting Windows Vista and Windows 7 (Public Beta 1;Build 7000)

"Recreate the bootloader"? And, btw, what I said in the last post of mine is how I would fix what Terry60 said about my MBR being messed up. Idk much about the MBR at all, but surely there's someway to fix or replace it, right?

Having Trouble Dual-Booting Windows Vista and Windows 7 (Public Beta 1;Build 7000)

Terry60, I am 110% positive that there are 0 Viruses on either Hard Drive. My guess is that this error was caused by VistaBootPRO? Regardless of how it happened, how may I go fixing this issue? And, Makaveli, this leaked version is GOING to be the Public Beta on it's actual set release date...

Having Trouble Dual-Booting Windows Vista and Windows 7 (Public Beta 1;Build 7000)

Hello. I'm having trouble w/ EasyBCD and getting my Boot Selection screen up half of the time. By "half of the time" I mean that sometimes, seemingly randomly, when I restart my computer as soon as it goes through the BIOS and looks at the boot file, it says the classic error "NTLDR is Missing...
