These are a few photos. The error in the picture "20181212_131346.jpg" appears very rarely. While the other images are errors in sequence. And once this error appears, it appear again and again on every restart. After restarting the PC from screen 20181212_130747.jpg, it again repeat the error...

I have made a bootable USB for Windows 10 to install the Windows whenever required. I have a separate USB for Windows 8. Is it possible to have a single USB for Windows 10 and Windows 8? If yes, can you please guide me? Thanks.
