Can't get to boot loader without vista CD

Hello,

I have vista and xp installed on two different partions of the same Raid cluster. (vista was installed first) I downloaded easyBCD and reinstalled the Vista MBR, afterwards I added my xp entry, saved, and rebooted. Upon rebooting I get the following error message:

DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER

Once I put in my vista disc(I didn't press enter to boot from the DvD), the boot loader came up and I can select both OS installs with no problem. Anyone have an idea of what I can do to fix that?

Try repairing the Vista bootloader.

I had already tried repairing it using easyBCD, I tried repairing using the Vista DvD and a manual repair but I'm still getting the same message.

Change the system drive in the BIOS.
