which of these files can I get rid of

I had problems with dual boot and managed to get back to XP only boot off 1st (of 3) disks.
I have these files left over and want to clean up, but not any crucial one.

Boot.BAK
BOOTSECT.BAK
msdia80.dll
test.txt
txtsetup.sif

None of the files you mentioned are important.
