[EasyBCD 2.1.2] can't start any OS now

I have an HP laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

It had 4 partitions
1) boot partition
2) Windows 7 partition
3) recovery partition
4) HP Tools partition

I've deleted the recovery partition, created it again as logic partition and installed Windows XP on it.
After the XP installation the laptop started using XP.
I've installed EasyBCD 2.1.2 to recover 7 and set the dual boot.
To do this I added XP as new OS (7 was already set as default in that screen), confirmed the operation EasyBCD told me it went ok.
I've restarted my laptop and now I get an ntoskrnl.exe corrupted or missing and no OS can be loaded.

I've already tried to use XP console to repair the boot.ini with bootcfg /rebuild with no luck

Trying to repair XP don't change anything, it is repaired, but can't be started.
Same result trying to reinstall XP, after all the file are copied on the drive, as the laptop restarts it gives again the ntoskrnl.exe problem, so I can't reinstall XP.

I can't do any try with 7 since I haven't a DVD.

What do I have to do to solve this?

Sounds like you may have set the boot partition to be a logical partition, which is not recommended as it does not work with all versions of the Windows bootloader.
Try changing the active partition *then* using fixmbr/fixboot and bootcfg.
