Default windows 8 and windows 7 dualboot : boot manager problems

    My problem with detail explanation:
I recently installed win 8 consumer preview on my laptop having previously xp and win 7 installed(dualboot). After installation of windows 8 it became my default OS and as it was installed on drive having xp it actually corrupted my xp and put a windows .old folder in c drive and hence xp wont boot. I deleted the windows.old folder and using easy bcd i removed xp from bootlist(i installed easy bcd in win 7) and xp was removed from OS list.

the problem i now have is:
1)when win8 is my default os......the win8 bootloader would start evrytime i power on my lappy.Win 8 bootloader is a gui type loader hence it takes
some time on my laptop(its a old one). But win 7 and win 8 both boot properly from this boot loader.

    2) when i make win7 as my default Os.......the windows 7 boot manager(black screened-dos based) will only load if i had been working on win 7 the last time i switched on my laptop. If last time i had been using win8 ....the win7 boot manager wont load ,instead win 8 bootloader would come up (this time win8 still boots....but win7 isnt booting up from win 8 bootloader)...

As my pc is old i want the win 7 bootloader to come up evrytime as i switch on my lappy irrespective of if i was working on win 8 or win 7 the last time.

    Plz help!!!!!

Boot W7 and post a screenshot of your Disk Management, and paste the contents of EasyBCD "view settings" (detailed mode).
The sticky thread will help if needed.
