Purchased vista recovery, but not able get past windows boot manager page

I purchased the softwarde from systemdiscs.com, and I have made sure to go into bios to boot from cd, however, when it loads it keeps going back to a screen showing Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your window installation discc and restart your computer
2. etc.
3. etc

Status: Oxc000000f

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

This is what was happening before I purchased the download. Please help..

uggggh..I did step 1, no good, step 2, no good, then I went to step 3, and inputed everything as it was listed, however now when I restart without the disk, I get Windows Boot Manager screen with the following

File: \Windows\system32\winload.exe
Status: 0xc000000f
Info: The selected entry could not be loaded beause the application is missing or corrupt.

Please help

Addendum:

Also, I keep seeing you list C: is most likely the correct windows/vista drive, when I pull up the command control it shows x:\windows\system32>

Would I need to change the C: to an X: with the prompts you have listed?
