Hello
I had vista on my machine and during the update to SP2, it froze and i since had the c1f5 issue. I used system rescue and solved the blue screen problem but now all i get is the screen to reset to factory specs (which i don't want to do) or a black screen with !!! 0XC0000034 !! 250/99201 blah blah.
With the reset to factory specs i try running system restore (it shows date and time of right before the SP2 update) and i get the completing restore bar that continues forever. I've tried running startup repair and it just continues to run and run and run. I believe it's because i need the Vista boot disk
I've tried running the vista boot disk and it loads off the disk and i get tons of lines of code like:
trying to unpack kernel
sending discover
etc
then all of a sudden my monitor goes black and it says input not supported.
I've tried another monitor and 2 tv's with pc input and they all say the same (resolution?)
How do i solve this problem?
I cannot get into safe mode or anything.
