Blank Exclamation Point error message after installing EasyBCD

Hi just downloaded EasyBCD and was going to try it out and when I selected to run after installation I get this blank window with and exclamation point that ask for input. My options are 'OK' or 'Cancel'. If I select 'OK', it closes out, if I select 'Cancel', it ask if I want to 'Retry'. If I hit 'Cancel' or 'Retry' again it closes out. So in any case I can not get this to run.

I have tried uninstalling and rebooting with no success.

Any suggestions?
