Bootmgr image is corrupt. The system cannot boot.

I purchased EZBcd to clone a small to a larger SSD for a Acer Iconia Tablet W500. Which I did and then swapped hard drives OS WIN7 Pro 32bit. Hard drive had two partitions one of which was for restoration. When I went to boot to new hard drive I got the subject message. I used your Pgm to rewrite boot sector thinking that was problem. It was not . The funny thing is if I reboot there is a 50/50 chance it will boot correctly into windows, sometimes it one in three but eventually boots into windows. I deleted the rescue partition and resized the primary to include the space recovered and reinstalled OS. Problem still exists. Any ideas. Thanks
