How do I boot from CD via the boot selection menu?

Set Optical ROM to be before HDD (or Windows boot) in BIOS or UEFI.
Any time you place a bootable disc in the tray before you boot, it will automatically start from there.
Nothing in the tray (99.9% of the time) and the PC will boot normally.
Alternatively use your OEM boot override PFKey as you power up and it will stop and ask where you want to boot from instead of defaulting to the status quo.
