    Hello,

I have tried the move boot partition on Easy BCD and the drive will not boot. It is missing files. not sure whats going wrong. I have attached a screen cap of whats on the drive. Am i missing an option somewhere?

On a UEFI PC the boot files must be in the EFI system partition. You can't move them anywhere else.
On a BIOS/MBR PC you can choose to move the boot files, but simply moving the MS boot folder won't do it (just break it).
EasyBCD will do all of what needs to be done
    Changing the Boot Partition
