Cannot boot from

Hi Neosmart, I have spent all day yesterday using your software with the 3 steps outlined to recover my User Login and Password and have not been successful.

Safe Mode does not allow my DELL INSPIRON Windows 7 Home Premium PC to go back the Administrator Mode and reset my password. When I go back to the User login is screen and key in my previous password the error message 'This feature requires removable media, such as floppy disk or USB flash drive. Please insert a floppy disk or connect a USB flash drive and then try again. ' continue since my computer stopped booting properly.

Please help.
