Cannot get EasyRe for Windows to boot from USB

I purchased EasyRE for Windows 7;
I cannot get EasyRE for Windows 7 to boot from USB on my PC;
I created a bootable USB using the Easy USB creator using the easyre for windows7 .iso ;
booted up the affected PC with F12;
changed boot order to USB;

Got multiple errors -

Last 6 lines of screen output:
(EE)
(EE) Server terminated with error (1) Closing log file,
xinit: giving up
xinit: server error
/usr/local/bin/startx: xauth: not found
$ (then just hung there)

WTF?
