I know this is a very old thread, but in case anyone comes across it like I did from searching, the easiest solution to this is to change the partition ID on the OEM partition from 0x27 to the standard NTFS code of 0x07 (I think the numbers are right). This allows you to normally assign a letter to the drive using Disk Management, then have EasyBCD add the BCD entry as a WinPE Ramdisk as you normally would through the GUI. Very fast, very easy! You can use a number of free tools to change the partition ID, I used Mini Partition Tool. Great little app, ignore the crappy website and just make sure you get the free version. Select the partition and use the Change Partition ID option. Good luck!
