How are you booting it ?
EasyBCD looks on the "active" partition for the BCD (where it will be if W7 bootmgr is controlling the boot)
If you are using some other method, then you will need to point it to the appropriate location manually (Disk Management "system" flag will tell you where)

im booting strait into windows 7.
ive never messed with the boot loader before so it should be on the active drive... ive installed wubi before and recently uninstalled it to install fedora 16.
is it possible wile uninstalling wubi that it might have uninstalled or moved the bootmgr for grub??

Post a screenshot of your Disk Management. The sticky will explain how if you need help.

How the heck are there 5 primary partitions? Probably another of the bugs in Disk Management.

EasyBCD | Useful Utils | Power Consoloe
bootgrabber.exe /list

What's the output of that?

The last two partitions are logical.

You only have one NTFS partition and it's not the boot device. You have some weird stuff going on. If you can't explain it, we can't guess and help.
