Can't Move Boot Drive

Sorry for large image! At any rate: Boot drive E: was used through the end of 2015 for Windows 10 Insider downloads. When the first "stable" version of Win10 was available, I loaded Win 10 on my C: drive.
I have been trying to get the boot switched to C: with no luck. I added "Entry 2", below to BCD, hoping it would change the Boot Drive, but nothing happened except for the choice of "Windows 10" and "Microsoft Windows" in the DOS-like window at the start of boot.
How can I move the boot drive to my C:?
Thanks for any ideas. -Greg-
