I installed the latest version of 2.2xxx, then clicked start, and got an error msg (see screenshot), the only way then to close EBCD is to open the task manager and kill it. I have uninstalled rebooted, and reinstalled several times, still can't it to start. I looked here best I could, and I found one thread that was close, but not identical, it suggested deleting this file "C:\documents and settings\<your user name>\Application Data\Local\NeoSmart Technologies" however I don't find that file anywhere on my computer.
