Change on second boot...

I change on one Windows 7 but change in both.

What I m doing wrong?

in BCD I have config on C: for Windows 7 x86 with some prograns and another Windows 7 x86 in D: partition with other programs that not compatibe with first one.

What I need to do? I need complet diferente systems OS on C and D.
 
Check whether you are really on the system you think you're on.
Look for the "boot" flag in Disk Management

Disk Management flags have the following meanings

"boot" = "this is the system you're running"
"system" = "this is where I found the boot files for the currently running system"
"active" (on the first HDD in the BIOS boot sequence) = "this is where I started the search for the boot files"
"active" (on subsequent HDDs in the BIOS boot sequence) ="this is where I will look if I don't find something in the MBR on the first HDD"
